My experience at this location was excellent. Very impressive! It was a very hot dry July day. There was a line of cars waiting to get their oil changed. Inside the bay it was extremely hot (Take 5 get your employees industrial fans or some sort of cooling in there.) I am mentioning the heat that day because ordinarily this may affect your experience somewhere such as this one working with service providers under extremely hot conditions When it was my turn to pull in a gentleman named Nick, guided me into the bay & got my information from me at my window. He discussed with me oil change options and recommendations. He was clear and polite. He also answered all of my questions without hesitation. Nick showed care about his interaction with me, he was actively listening and providing great feedback. I am not a person who writes reviews so this is unusual for me however, this location and specifically employee Nick (I have no idea what his last name is) deserve recognition. I will definitely be going back. I hope you guys are treated well there.

I’ve been to the same location twice now, and both times been pretty impressed by these guys. First time, I came in all grumpy and the manager (Al) serviced my car personally and took great of it, all the while joking with his crew and paying attention to what they were doing. Made a really good first impression. Fast forward 8-9 months, I come back and Al is still loose and attentive with his guys and customers, and they were all killing it despite the 90 degree Va humidity; pleasant, quick and detailed, and not trying to rip me off. Special thanks to Nick, who serviced my car today and did great. Of course, I love the “drive-thru” convenience of Take 5, but a place has to have good service still, and I’ll probably be coming back here for my next change.

I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The staff was exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. What stood out most was their outstanding customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely focused on providing a positive experience. It's refreshing to encounter a team that is both efficient and so pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Take 5 and was easily the best oil change experience I’ve ever had!!!! I arrived as soon as they opened, and Alex and Jackson were already ready to work with the store fully open (that never happens!!!). They were chipper, conversational, and gave me a very personalized experience. I was immediately greeted with a bottle of water and a “good morning!” I only came in for an oil change, but I got a full free check and top off on all my fluids and filters. The work was extremely thorough, and Jackson really took the time to walk me through my options, their recommendations, and the answers to my questions. These two men were so eager to help and obviously wanted to see me leave feeling happy. You truly don’t see service like that very often. Great people and great place. Found my new favorite quick service spot!!!

I visited this morning expecting a quick service, but I had to wait exactly one hour in line just to start the oil change. There were only three lanes, and in my lane there was just one car ahead of me, which makes the long wait even more surprising for a place that advertises “5-minute” service. Most of the employees were polite, but one employee, I believe his name was Alex, spoke to me harshly and tried to explain that the long wait was my fault because I chose to get in line. I understand that sometimes there are delays, and customers can accept waiting 10, 15, or even 30 minutes, but one hour is far too long for a company that promotes such fast service. The issue is not the workers—it’s the system and the expectations created by the company’s advertising.
